Can I choose where my stand will be?
Exhibitors can choose stand/s by indicating the number/s of stand on the booking form available on the website or by contacting Event Management Company. Each stand has a dedicated number which must be added to the form.
For instance - if you require stand number "12 & 13" please add this information onto the booking form where it says "Stand number/s required: (please add chosen stand number/s)............."
Stand with power available are also highlighted by "P" in red on the floor plan. Should you wish any specific format of this floor plan please contact Event Management Company.
During the process of booking stand/s, if the stand/s are already allocated you will be asked to choose your second choice.
