	Concept Northern was established in 1994 to provide assistive technology and training to persons with additional support needs. We supply equipment, software and provide training to individuals with a variety of needs, including; blind and visually impaired people dyslexic persons, deaf persons and those with hearing impairments..
		Based in the outskirts of Glasgow, we are the only Scottish based supplier of assistive technology and training, providing services to students and educational institutions, organisations as well as individual clients. Our products include portable and desktop electronic magnifiers (also known as CCTV’s), Braille displays and embossers, ergonomic equipment, general PC equipment and accessories as well as text to speech and speech to text products. We offer full training and support on all of our products from CCTV’s to assistive software.
	At Concept Northern we pride ourselves on providing the latest technology specifically designed for dyslexic persons and those individuals with a range of other learning difficulties. As Scotland’s one-stop-shop DSA (Disabled Students Allowance) supplier working with leading Scottish colleges and universities, we have recently registered with the DSA Quality Assurance Group (QAG), so you can be sure Concept will fulfil your DSA requirements with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
		Our friendly, highly trained and accredited staff have years of experience in the assistive technology field and are always on hand to give professional advice, training and support. In addition to our work with students and educational clients under the DSA, we are the exclusive supplier of assistive technology and training for the Department of Work and Pensions Access to Work scheme (ATW) within Scotland, providing specialist work solutions to individuals within organisations throughout the country.

	As well as catering for DSA and ATW clients we also provide individuals with assistive technology and training to help meet their personal requirements with the aim of improving their accessibility.
