What can I expect from the event and what reports will be provided afterwards?

Exhibitors can expect a high level of Customer Service from all Representatives of the Ability Fest. This year due to the size of the event, we will be recruiting approx 60 volunteers to support every area of the event; ensuring that all requests are dealt with as quickly and successfully as possible.

Ability Fest encourages each exhibitor to provide constructive feedback at the end of an event to allow a report to be produced. This report is allocated to the Committee and to potential funders for future events. The reports are also used to keep a check on any areas which may need to be changed and of course we love to hear the good news stories with positive feedback too.

Ability Fest invite exhibitors to promote their services through the Exhibitors Directory found on the website and also to utilise the opportunities of further promotional aspects of the event. These can be sponsorship, workshops, leaflets and general involvement on the day of the event.

Workshops will be provided at the Performance Area of the Hall with the listing of performances available nearer time of event.
