Exhibitors – How do I book a stand?
To book a stand please contact the Events Management Company on 0141 848 6688 to request a booking form (this facility will be available online).
Each stand has a number allocated to it and where you see a “P” associated with a particular stand; this means power is available to this stand.
A floor plan can also be downloaded which will indicate all stands available and all stands currently booked (booked stands will have a “X”).
Should your organisation wish to book more than one stand, please indicate this on your booking form where it asks you to complete with stand/s number/s.
All exhibitors will receive a hand book will all details about the event. Please take time to read the Terms & Conditions at point of booking stand/s.
All exhibitors will be asked to register on arrival at event to receive exhibitor’s packs. All exhibitors must wear badges provided at all times.
Please complete booking details and return as quickly as possible.
Ability Fest cannot guarantee a stand number to any exhibitor until the point of confirmation by the Event Management Company. Confirmation of stand and services will be submitted to the exhibitor as quickly as possible. Stands are allocated on a “first come first served” basis; the Event Management Compant may contact the organisation to request a different stand is chosen due to availability.
