What is the time scales involved?

Event date: 20th October 2011

Ability Fest 2011 opens to the public at 10 and doors will close at 4pm.

7.30am - 9.30am: Event Set Up
Exhibitors at this year's event will have access for set up of stands from 7.30am with all set up to be completed by 9.30am .  Should exhibitors require access the evening before or the drop off/delivery of equipment, please contact Big Bright Star on 01563 822255.  Exhibitor break down must be completed and the Grand Ballroom vacated by 5pm.

7.30am -.930am:  Exhibitor Tea, Coffee and Pastry
Pre Ordered Exhibitor tea, coffee and pastries will be available in the foyer of the Grand Ballroom.

10am - 4pm:  Event Programme

  • Exhibition Area - All stands should be manned throughout the day.
  • Main Stage - Various presentations and performances will be given on the main stage throughout the day 
  • Workshop Suites - Various workshops will be running throughout the day in three seperate suites, details of which will be posted by September 2011.

4pm - 5pm:  Break Down
Exhibitor break down must be completed and the Grand Ballroom vacated by 5pm.

Ability Fest will support all exhibitors and visitors throughout the day and will have a specific support in place to help with any exhibitor who may require assistance with set up and break down.  Ability Fest would encourage all exhibitors to contact  Big Bright Star with any special requests.
