What is the time scales involved?

Event date: 21st October 2010

Doors open to the general public at 10am with doors closing to gerenal public at 4pm. Ability Fest will support all exhibitors and visitors throughout the day and will have a specific support in place to help with any exhibitor who may require assistance with set up and break down. Ability Fest would encourage all exhibitors to contact the Event Management Company with any special requests.

The Thistle Hotel requires the hall being used on the day to be vacated by no later that 5pm.

Invites are being sent out to all organisations, who have either been involved in previous years or have shown interest for the first time this year. Should you wish to be included in this years event and want to confirm we have your details, please contact the Event Management Company.

On the day of the event there will be an opening ceremony of Guest Speakers. The times for this ceremony will be confirmed nearer the day of event; however we aniticipate the timing of ceremony will start at 9.30am until until 9.55am in time for th doors opening to the public at 10am. Should you feel that you would like to be considered as a Guest Speaker, please contact the Event Management Company as soon as possible.

Please note: Ability Fest requests that all Exhibitors are set up by no later than 9.25am to allow the Ceremony to begin with no interuptions.

Access to the hall for setup will be confirmed.

Payment details: All invoices are submitted with a specific due date, please see Terms and Conditions available on the website or sent by the Event Management Company. Payment of stands must be received before the date of event.
