Who we are and who controls your data
Nastia AI runs this website as an independent editorial and comparison resource covering AI companion apps. It is written for an adult audience and reviews third-party products; it does not build those products. In the language of data-protection law, the data controller for information gathered here is Nastia AI, reachable at [email protected]. The commercial model that funds the work is described in our Affiliate Disclosure.
What we collect
Two streams of information reach us: the first you hand over on purpose, the second is gathered automatically as you read.
- Information you give us. Email us or complete a form and we receive what you choose to send — typically your name, your email address, and the content of your message.
- Information collected automatically. As with almost every site online, we log basic technical data: an approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser type, the pages you open, and the site that sent you. Cookies and similar technologies do most of this. Our Cookie Policy names each one and shows how to switch it off.
We neither request nor want sensitive personal data, and we have no use for it. Please do not send it.
The legal bases we rely on

Your rights

Readers in the UK and the EU hold these rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR; readers in California have comparable rights under the CCPA. Exercising them costs nothing. Retention and security
We keep personal data only while there is a reason to. Emails are held while a conversation is live and for a sensible period after; analytics data is aggregated and ages out. Children
This is an adults-only Nastia AI resource. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has contacted us, tell us and we will erase the information.
